A. Objectives and context of the certification:
The Cloe Listening and Reading test has become a benchmark for decision-makers
around the world. It measures reading and listening comprehension skills for
learners at beginner to advanced levels and determines whether a person can communicate in English

effectively and confidently in a professional setting with others, ac
ly across borders and cultures. The CLOE test is an English proficiency test



Designed for non-native English speakers. It assesses language skills—
, and reading and listening comprehension—in everyday situations in professional and international contexts. Scores are aligned with levels A1 through C1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

B. Rigo-learning Service Offer
1/ OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICE
To support and assist learners in expanding and building their predefined
skills according to their level.

Help learners acquire the skills relevant to their professional, socio-
, and cultural contexts, and in particular:

1: Understanding grammar and mastering vocabulary
2: Interpreting and understanding the content of texts and conversations
3: Communicating and speaking in public
4: Being able to interact in a specific professional context
5: Assessment of learning outcomes

Ability to track the learner’s progress at the beginning and end of the course
2/ FORMAT
Duration: 10–30 hours depending on your objectives
Number of participants: 1
Courses via videoconference
3/ AUDIENCE
Open to all professionals or job seekers, all levels (beginner or advanced).
4/ PREREQUISITES
Learners must have a computer with a camera and internet connection for the
videoconference courses
5/ TERMS AND ACCESS PERIODS

A needs assessment in the form of an interview to finalize your training plan and
assess your English language needs, your goals, and your course preferences (duration, dates,
schedule)
A written and oral assessment to determine your English proficiency level
The time between sending the registration confirmation and the start of the training is
a minimum of 11 business days. This timeframe is mandated by the Caisse des Dépôts.
The timeframe also depends on the time slots requested by the beneficiary and their
availability at the time of the request.

The educational resources used are made available to the trainee at the end of each
